The unit has three bedrooms consisting of 1 double bed in one room, 2 single beds (one electric) in the other and 1 queen electric bed. A double sofa bed is also incorporated in the lounge room. The unit has an open plan living area, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, separate toilet and bathroom. There is an electric lift chair, massage chair, toy and games cupboard, Netflix, internet and edible garden outside. The unit is in a quiet block which backs onto Stockyard Creek, creating a beautiful oasis in the middle of town. It has a private courtyard and is a short walk to the shops, cafes and parks.
